Most custom orders are ready to dispatch or collect in 3–4 working days. Busy seasons can take longer; we will let you know if your order is affected. Delivery time follows dispatch.

Each product page shows the current price for its size or options. Select your choices there for the exact price. For a design that is not listed, contact us for a quote.

If you would like a mockup, request one in the order note before completing checkout. We normally send clear, standard orders straight to production. If a photo is unsuitable for engraving, we will contact you for a better one. Waiting for mockup approval can add to the turnaround.

Check each product page for its current sizes. Our custom baby name sign offers 40, 50, 60, 70 and 80 cm; the standing wooden photo portrait offers 22, 28, 36 and 44 cm.

Upload your photo and enter the wording in the fields on the product page before adding the item to your cart. This lets us receive the details together with your order. If the product needs a detail that the form does not cover, use the order note at checkout.

Choose a clear, well-lit, in-focus photo with the face or subject easy to see. A good phone photo works well. We will contact you if the image is unsuitable for engraving.

We laser-cut or engrave each custom piece in our Nicosia workshop. The material and finish depend on the product and options you choose.

Pay securely online at checkout. For custom orders arranged by message, we can also accept bank transfer, Revolut and QuickPay.

We deliver across Cyprus. Free Cyprus delivery is available on orders over €50; other delivery options and their exact prices appear at checkout. Free pickup is available in Nicosia and Limassol. See our shipping policy for more details.

Yes. Select free pickup in Nicosia or Limassol at checkout. We will notify you when your order is ready.

If we make a mistake with the name or size, we will replace it at our cost. Contact us with your order number and a photo so we can help quickly.
