Most orders are ready in 3–4 working days. During busy seasons (Christmas, Valentine's, wedding season) it can be a little longer — we'll always tell you the timeline when you order.

Every product shows its price and size options right on its page. Custom pieces are priced by size, material, and design — add what you want to the cart, or message us with the details for a quick quote.

Yes. For portraits and custom designs, we send you a mockup to approve before we engrave anything — so you order with zero risk.

Each product page lists its available sizes. Baby name signs come in 50cm, 60cm, and 70cm; portraits range from small desk pieces up to large wall sizes. If you need a custom size, just ask.

Easiest way: upload it right on the product page when you order, and type your text or name in the personalization box. You can also send your photo to us on WhatsApp or Viber after ordering.

A clear, well-lit, in-focus photo gives the best engraving. A good phone photo works perfectly. Lower-quality photos can still be used — the result just reflects the original.

We laser-cut and engrave your design into premium wood in our Nicosia workshop, then finish it painted (your colour) or as natural wood.

You can pay securely online at checkout. We also accept bank transfer, Revolut, and QuickPay for custom orders arranged by message.

Yes — we deliver across Cyprus, and orders over €40 ship free. You can also collect your order for free from our workshop in Nicosia. International delivery is available for some items.

Yes, free local pickup from our workshop in Nicosia. We'll message you the moment it's ready.

If we make a mistake (wrong size or name), we replace it immediately at our cost. It's rare, but you're covered.
